Customer Service Representative

Customer ServiceRemoteFull-time

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and their customers. You'll assist customers by answering enquiries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, processing requests, and delivering professional, timely support across customer service channels. Every interaction should leave customers feeling heard, supported, and confident in the service they received while maintaining the standards and brand voice of the client you represent.

What You'll Do

  • Respond professionally to customer enquiries through phone, email, live chat, or other support channels.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, orders, and company policies.
  • Investigate customer concerns thoroughly and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary while providing complete documentation and context.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records within internal systems.
  • Meet response time, quality assurance, and productivity targets.
  • Follow established processes, security procedures, and client guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience in every interaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written English — clear, warm, structured, and error-free under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous chats without losing quality
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow brand, tone, and template guidelines
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Ability to maintain quality across a high volume of conversations and tickets
  • Familiarity with live chat and helpdesk tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout) is a plus
  • Prior customer service or written business communication experience is an advantage

Tech Support

Customer ServiceRemoteFull-time

You'll help customers troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our clients' products and platforms. You make complex problems feel manageable — by understanding the issue properly and explaining the fix clearly.

What You'll Do

  • Provide first and second-line technical support via chat, email, or phone
  • Diagnose issues accurately by gathering the right information upfront
  • Walk customers through solutions in plain, jargon-free language
  • Escalate unresolved issues with full context and documentation
  • Maintain and contribute to internal knowledge bases and FAQs
  • Log all interactions accurately in the ticketing system

What We're Looking For

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of software, web platforms, and common technical concepts
  • Methodical problem-solver — you work through issues logically before jumping to solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication; you can explain technical things simply
  • Prior experience in tech support, IT helpdesk, or a tech-adjacent role is preferred
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus

Project Scheduler

RemoteFull-time

You'll own the schedule from start to finish. That means building realistic timelines, keeping the critical path honest as work moves, and making sure the right people are on the right tasks at the right time. When something starts to slip, you're the one who catches it first and shows up with options, not just bad news. You are the person the team trusts to know where things really stand.

What You'll Do

  • Build project schedules from the ground up: scope the work, sequence tasks, and set dependencies, milestones, and the critical path
  • Run regular updates by collecting real progress, adjusting logic, and keeping the timeline accurate
  • Resource-load across concurrent projects so nobody is overloaded and nothing falls through
  • Track progress against baseline and report schedule variance clearly
  • Spot risks and bottlenecks early and work with project leads on recovery options before deadlines are at risk
  • Produce clean look-aheads, progress reports, and schedule updates that anyone can follow
  • Keep schedule documentation accurate, current, and easy to find

What You Need

  • 3+ years building and managing project schedules on live projects, not just updating someone else's file
  • A solid grip on scheduling fundamentals: critical path, dependencies, float, and resource loading
  • Confidence with a scheduling tool such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or monday.com
  • The judgment to turn messy, incomplete inputs into a schedule people trust, and the backbone to defend the timeline when it gets challenged
  • The ability to explain a schedule to people who don't read Gantt charts for a living

Bonus Points

  • A scheduling or PM credential such as PMI-SP or CAPM, or working toward one
  • Earned value or variance-tracking experience (baseline vs actual, SPI)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, or remote-first environment

What's In It For You

  • Remote-first, with real variety in the projects you'll schedule
  • A team that treats the schedule as a decision-making tool, not a compliance checkbox
  • Clear expectations, professional structure, and work that actually gets used
